Working with the Foundation, Jennifer facilitated the development of a three-year strategic plan. The process of developing the plan has helped board members to become more involved, focused, and productive in moving the Foundation forward, and has created a greater sense of mission and ownership in the plan among board members and staff members. Jennifer’s ability to harness the expertise and energy of the board was a key to our success.
