Strategic Planning
The JAG Strategic Planning service includes the development of the vision statement, mission statement, core values, SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound), and tangible, laser-focused objectives under each. Strategic Plans may be three to five years in length.
Action Planning
Now, more than ever, dioceses and non-profit organizations need to be focused and nimble. They need the ability to move their vision forward in a tangible way, while at the same time having the power to flex and bend. Following the creation of the Strategic Plan, JAG will facilitate and guide the development of your first-year action plan, focusing on top-tier priorities selected by the planning team. The first-year action plan will incorporate strategies and tactics, an annual timeline, ownership for each area, a conversation around budget and resources, and quarterly metrics to move the plan forward.
